3DS not booting with/without SD

Hi all,

Hope someone can help.

I was trying to load Luma3DS onto my 3DS by following3ds.hacks.guide/, it was all going well until I got to the 'Finalizing Setup' stages and was in the middle of copying the CIA files when this froze. I had to crash out of it eventually and after this my SD card only had 1 random file showing on it called 'USBC šì\' so thinking the SD card must have got corrupted. The 3DS just does the blue blink once with the SD card in or out. Is there a specific instruction anywhere for me to follow in this situation to get it working again?

Start with an empty, FAT32 formatted SD (checked with h2testw or F3).
