Hacking 3DS noob question and DS flash card

i am from UK and just bought a 3DS XL, so i got some question
can my 3DS play 3D video natively? or do i need some sort of hack?
should i install latest firmware?
what DS flash card is the best? and where/what store is reliable?

well it should play it since i think you can record in 3D now, but knowing the hollywood influence it'll probably take some tweaking to do. i've never tested it, but you will need the right format. this thread im linking is old but it should provide you some info that you can search for (if any updates are required).
