Homebrew 3DS MINT application?

Hey,

I was looking at my titles on my 3DS cause i was interested and i looked through all of the NAND titles and found alot of just title id's, but i found one that was called MINT, it was made by nintendo and in the style of a dev application (Icon has red border and says AOC inside it) Ill give its info down below

Either way, sorry if you did Google it first. It's just a bit annoying when people create threads willy-nilly without checking if the info's available online first.

Telling people "Just google it" when they have a question is such a god awful practice on forums, as places like this are the first to show up on google. Just answer the damn question instead of being rude.

<rant> No, this is one of the reasons why this forum is awful at times. People don't read before posting.

This is the first thing people see when posting a new thread. We have a shit ton of resources for people to use (like 3dbrew, the noob thread, google!), and people don't actually use it. We are going to tell them to google it because it gives you a much better answer than what most people can provide. Googling the title of the thread gave the title list from 3dbrew as the first result. Searching MINT in that gives the answer to what the OP was asking. Not too hard, right? Half the threads created on here can be answered by literally searching in google.
