Gaming 3ds menu problem

I have 4 folders on the home menu, 3dsware, dsiware, virtual console, and demos.

Some times my dsiware is on the home menu and the folder is empty, and I have to put it back in the folder its happen 3 to 4 times and it only happens to that folder.

I just wondered if anyone else has had this problem?

Never had that problem.
Try deleting that folder and make a new one and put the dsiware there

it may be something with the 3ds reading the sd card to slow

Same thing happens to me, rarely my DSiWare games appear on the menu instead of the folder.
