Gaming 3DS Lazy link?

Hey I've been trying to find a link to 3DS Lazy. All of them are down (at least for me) Would someone be up to sending me a link to the program? I want to decrypt Pokemon X, but it's been so long since I've decrypted a rom on my own and most of the links require a way to run homebrew but I don't have CFW or any way to run it since I use Gateway.

So, to sum up, what I would like is...
1. A link to 3DS Lazy... OR
2. Info on how to decrypt a 3DS rom (preferably one that's simple)

If you have a Gateway, you can get a CFW (directly or after downgrading)... and Decrypt9 has been for a very long time the best decrypting tool available!

You could probably steal acquire a xorpad from The Downloads Site...
