Can you answer 2 questions:

Can I use 3DS Lazy just to decrypted the encryption ROMS for CITRA emulator only? I want to use the program to decrypt the encryption ROMs on COMPUTER.. NOT ON 3DS Portable.

Didn't see, sorry. No you can't use pc only, whatever tool you use. And it's dedicated to romhacking purposes, not for citra rom decryption. And btw dslazy is pretty Old and discontinued now. It doesn't handle newest encryptions and I had no time to keep personnal knoweldge up to date. You'll find better tools in this section. Still, 3ds Will still be needed.

Thanks.. I am still looking for encrypt 3DS files TOOL to decrypt 3DS files so I can test on Citra.
