Had to keep the issue much simpler in the title, so going to give the full story here.

Got a New 3DS secondhand, everything worked perfectly, went on to put CFW on it which also went well, and it was fine for days as I installed games. Then how dirty the device was started bothering me, so I decided to take it apart to clean the bottom half, which turned out to be my first mistake.
It wouldn't turn on at all after I put it back together, so I reseated everything again a few times. The power "works", but sometimes it requires me to apply pressure to it to recognize just the charger, which is when I can turn it on. In the end, now I can boot it up, which immediately goes into the luma setup. Then it's a 50/50 on if it will boot into the home menu or turn itself off immediately.
I think it might be a hardware related problem, considering the pressure bit, but it works without problems in homebrew apps. It's just on the home menu that it seems to crash (the power light goes off but the image remains with the backlight off, before giving me the crash report).
There is also a bunch of problems with the power lights in general (the charging light sticking on when unplugged, the power light going off during crashes and coming back on after it "turns off", until I have to remove the battery).
My only "lead" hardwarewise is that I have screwed some parts around the power board back wrong, which might have applied a lot of pressure to the board as I tried to get it to fully close. Could I have damaged it enough in that way to make it start acting up, and would that explain some or most of the problems I am having right now?
I'll gladly provide more information as asked if I'm able.

You may have damaged one or more ribbon cable ZIF connectors. I've done that before, and the system would not boot unless I applied pressure to all 5 I broke . The top screen also did not display an image, but was turned on. That's what I get for not following a guide before doing repairs.

Could you take a picture of the internals, and send it here?
