Misc 3DS Input redirection help

I want to use my PS4 controller on the 3DS and have downloaded Input redirection, started Input redirection in the Rosalina menu and entered the IP address in Input redirection. PS4 control works for a while when I use it on the 3DS but then it no longer works and I have to turn off the 3DS using the power button

I don't think you can, if the controller stop working you just have to reconnect it, or use a different controller, I use an Xbox Series controller.

Just turn the controller on and off force a resync if it doesn't sync.

It looks like the problem is either with your PS4 controller or the Bluetooth connection. Try with wired mode (if possible). I tested using a cheap gamepad and it went smoothly without any problems, even I can use my switch joycon on my 3ds.
