ROM Hack 3ds homebrew problem

When I try to open the frogtool in the homebrew launcher, a red screen appears after a few seconds

When I try to open the frogtool in the homebrew launcher, a red screen appears after a few seconds and it simply goes back to the hombrew launcher menu. Someone knows how to fix this problem?
