Homebrew 3DS homebrew development guides?

Anyone know of any good guides that cover 3DS homebrew development (ie. ctrulib)? I'd like to try learn how to make some 3ds homebrew, and I'm not really sure where to get started.

That's got almost nothing. All it has is a program that waits until you press START, then closes.

There is no guide, every developer had developing knowledge before start making 3ds homebrews. If you gonna start on homebrew developing you should start by taking a C/C++ course.

I understand C++. I'm just looking for a guide to get me started with ctrulib.

It's mostly about learning the code and libraries themselves. I'm planning on making a tutorial but I don't know the code myself yet.
