Hello all just wondering if there is any homebrew app for cheats on the 3ds with homebrew, without the use off a action replay or gateway card thanks.

Download the Sharkive homebrew CIA app.

You can download the codes for each game you want with the app, to use with the Rosalina Cheat Menu built into Luma.

Some games even have custom NTR plugins, but you need to install BootNTRSelector to use NTR Plugins. I use BootNTR for the Zelda OoT plugin.

I dont have any links though, I'm on mobile at the moment.
