Hacking Homebrew 3ds homebrew apps aren't appearing

I had tried to download the ultra moon update from the eshop but I needed to press thee repair button but now I can't access the eshop and all the homebrew apps aren't appearing (including all games downloaded with FBI) but the SD card works perfectly fine. Does anyone know how to get the eshop to work or get the apps back without redoing the whole homebrewing set up

How do you know the sdcard is fine? Unless you have checked it with h2testw you can't be sure of that.
Either way, it sounds like it's either a ticket or an sd corruption issue (when it comes to your installed homebrew & games), i would run faketik if it didn't help then you'd need to check the sdcard with h2testw..
About the eShop, until you give enough details about what you did & what error you're having..

Do you see an error code or something when you try to open the eShop?
There's this guide to get all the homebrew apps back but it wouldn't help you much if your sd card is defective..
