Definitely a GPU fault, considering it only does it with 2 SquareEnix games means it's obviously something they use that the faulty GPU is having problems with, get it swapped or fixed, also graphical glitches don't usually lead to console hacks, they can lead to exploits in the game itself though such as wall clipping and other random fun things but nothing that would affect the console.

Okay, look...you have too much time on your hands, by now the problem you're having should have been made apparent to you, hardware issue, nobody can do anything about it here, you need to go to Nintendo. Or just keep going on about it until your warranty expires.

Nobody is interested in your videos, you're going on about this like it's some *Whoa dude serious breakthroughs in 3DS haxxing going on here!* But in reality it's more like me coming on here and saying "Hai guis, my mouse clicks whenever I press the button, I think this sound indicates it's breaking/hacking itself, here, see for yourselves, it's amazin' and totally something nobody has ever witnessed before!" *insert 200 pictures/videos*

Wow guys no need for the flame no one forced you to watch anything or read my thread, I have no malicious intentions towards anyone just a tech geek who wanted some advice from people who know more about the hardware. Ive been lurking since back when I first got the m3real for my dslite and learned alot of helpful information, just thought I would help return the favor. Sorry for being thorough. I would have hated it if there actually was something that could be used and I returned it, but now Im in the clear and intent to return it to Sams club for XL lol.

Also those videos took two min each to record and direct upload to youtube from an iphone not really that much effort imo. But I digress, sorry for wasting your time and thanks for the people who had helpful insight, much appreciated. We should all support each other and work towards what we all ultimately want a 3ds Exploit!

Don't go back to the retailer, they can't do anything, and if they just swap over your hardware, you'll lose all of your eShop Purchases. You'll need to contact Nintendo directly.

People are so obsessed with hacking this damn thing that they call hacking even the tiniest BS they see strange on it. You know what just go get a job, Im pretty sure by your payday you'll have enough money to just buy any game you like. Play it then sell it, pretty simple actually.... I mean, Id love for the 3DS to get hacked but in the mean time whatever, its out when its out, if not then ill just continue buying, playing and selling games...

good plan but where i live at now jobs are so rare and far between, you will be lucky to even get a job to get that money to waste on games. so in the mean time while i wait and look, I am selling off quite a few games to buy a new 3ds title.
