I thought it'd be helpful as making graphics work was something neimod and yellows8 hadn't got to yet?

Doing it with official SDK/dev kit isn't interesting though. It doesn't relate to any "real" situation for retail devices.

^ That.

But he's not approved (or I doubt he is...) by Nintendo to use the official SDK, so it's an unofficially written program.
I don't get why people think he's working with neimod/yellows8 because he never claimed he was.

I think it's because people think that all the hackers have a secret website they all chat on and share information.

Here's a thought: What's going to stop Nintendo from releasing a patch for popular games like Pokémon like the one for Mario kart requiring you to download something from the eShop if you wanted to continue to play online? It would force you to update the system before you could play with other people, thus destroying whatever exploit is there. Would you value a Genesis or SNES emulator over something like that?

If neimod/yellows8's exploit has full kernel access, what's to stop them or anyone else from finding a way around said hypothetical patch?

We may be able to tell the 3DS to do things, but we still know nothing about the online service. Even if you aren't logging in, they all share the same friend code through every game and it may be linked to the serial number somehow. They could simply block your unit from accessing any Nintendo services if you have a hacked console.

Maybe you should test :P Like, I don't know... Formatting your system and getting a new code?

Could the Anti-Piracy Nazis please stop their comments?

Thank You

Yeah, no.

If people can make useless comments going 'I want to play romz lol!!!!' then people are going to respond to those comments.

By posting only that--especially as one's first post just makes you sound like a leecher.

Not everyone that calls you out for being a jerk is a nazi. You're just dumb if anything Nazi's would be all over pirating DS games too jerk. So if we're drawing parallels to WW2 with 3DS hacking. YOU'D be the Nazi.

wowowow we got a badass over here. You post-count is your electronic length of your pen*s?? oh and you have enough freetime to check this. Please go get a life.
Thank you

In this thread there is a hundert million times said, that piracy is not good. ignore this kids with

"I WANT TO PLAY ILLEGALLY ON MY 3DS ROMS NOW"

It is everyone's decision whether they pirate or not. You won't stop them by moral answers to their comments.
I check this thread often to see if there are any new information to the topic, but always some b*tch must reply to these kiddies...not understandable:angry:
