Hacking 3DS GBA games save file conversion?

Hello all,

Its probably too soon, but is there any way to convert your GBA save file to/from
the 3DS?
I already have a Fire Emblem game like half way through, and want to know if I can convert/replace
the 3DS Virtual Console's save.
