Hacking 3ds gateway problem

Hi all,
from today without upgrade nothing my 3ds with gateway does not work.
When I try to open Nintendo Ds Profile an error appear and the console restart.
My firmware is 4.2 and I already tried to reinstall with the blue card.

someone can help me please?

You have the blue gateway card? Install cfw with it.

What happens when you try to reinstall it with the blue card? You can install CFW the same way you install Gateway mode: https://3ds.hacks.guide/installing-boot9strap-(mset)
