Can I play 3ds cia games on my emunand with out a flash card/gateway? Only have a cfw. 9.2 sysnand 9.5 emunand.

Yes. I usually convert the .3ds files to .cia files and the use FBI installer to install them. You can use this to convert the .3ds files: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-3ds-simple-cia-converter.384559/
Yes, as far as I know anyhow. That's what I do i any case and haven't had any issues.
