I hope this is the right section for this ....

I have an R43DS - installed the kernel and it will load on the 3ds machine.
I've downloaded a series of games files which end in .3ds
The R43DS however doesn't recognise the file types, any suggestions on where I'm going wrong with this?

Am I getting the wrong type game file?

EDIT: Read the sticky on top - If there hasn't been any update to this then one of the buddies will NOT be a happy camper.

The problem is not whit the game files (probably), is just that the R43DS, or any other flashcard, cant play 3DS games, just DS ones (.nds).

The R43DS only plays ds games. when it loads, it start the 3DS own DSi mode (as it do with any ds game), THEN the cartrige start the r4 DS emulator.

Edit: ninja'd:ph34r:

He may not be a happy camper, but he's certainly in a large campground with lots people just like him.

Case closed before the campfire gets any hotter.
