Since there is not a dedicated thread for this shop, here it is.
3DS-Flashcards.com is having issues with their mail server. If you status for the SX OS license has been changed to ''shipped'', but you haven't received an email with your license yet, you can:
A: send them an email via dedicated email support (slow)
B: send @Allen3ds a PM via DISCORD
C: send a message via the ''order history'' at the very bottom (slow)

READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION - they do a good job of keeping support information up2date over there.

I got my license via discord within 3 minutes.

confirm this less than 10mins key was sent to you. i just use discord and pm allen3ds.

if you encounter server response error when activating the license via switch..

just use this manual method instead.

Also received the license via their dedicated support email, thus those two methods are working.
The messenger on their website so far has been the slowest solution of getting your license/no replies there.

sorry how would i be able to do this if i have a proxy ordering the sx os for me?
what should i tell them to give me so that i can send it over to that allen3ds guy on discord?
