Gaming 3DS Flash Cart Questions

Been after a decent 3DS supported FC for a while. I do not care if it can actually run 3DS files. Just have some questions.
1: Are there any FCs that are able to actually be suspended like 3DS software, or do they just ask you to close it or cancel and return to the DS title?
2: Do any FCs take advantage of the larger screen on the 3DS, or have the option to?
3: If there is a card that can suspend and use the larger screen, does it run NES, GB, SNES, GBC, GBA, and NDS files well?
4: If there is not a card suspends and uses the larger screen, which card would you suggest? I'd like it to run NES, GB, SNES, GBC, GBA, and NDS files well.

DS-DS communication and DS-WiFi communication are operation on the Supercard DSTwo. No IR port means no Pokewalker and none of the cool features in Pokemon BW.

I don't believe DS-GBA communication is available on the DSTwo since you need physically memory hold the GBA game in a certain fashion so the DS can register it and the DSTwo has an onboard CPU to emulate them.
