Homebrew 3DS DSiWare management menu crashes - what to do ?

Hi, I have an old 3ds, and after some tampering with the sd card (it was modded at that time, luma on the latest fw), got some errors (arm11 and others), decided to remove cfw, and then I wanted to remod it, but when I entered DSiWare management, it crashed. Over and over. Realised that I forgot one piece of DSi homebrew, and that I can't remove. Now I can't mod it back. What can I do ????

1. Uninstalling B9S does not solve any problems.
2. The older Frogminer method could still work → See here for a similar case.
   
3. If all else fails use the ntrboot method.

Removing CFW is never a good solution.

If all else fails, ntrboot always works, but you'll need to get a flashcart to use that.

Can you still access your DS Internet Settings? Can you run DS games at all? Do you still have any files in your Nintendo 3DS/<ID0>/<32-character-id>/Nintendo DSiWare/ folder on your SD card?

Yes, I can access DS Internet settings, and I can play DS games

Yeah, I did repair it. I just followed the frogminer guide. For anyone who sees this in the future, in the Flipnote app, it may not see the SD card immediately, just give it one minute, and you will be able to proceed.
