Will people make a DS emulator for NinjaHAX? I know it doesn't have kernel access so wouldn't making an emulator let us play DS roms?

Yes, the said purpose of a NDS emulator is to play NDS roms. With that being said, it would not be able to run the emulator at a stable and playable speed. Go to PC or Android if you want to emulate/play DS roms or buy a r4.

If you develop an DS emulator for the 3ds, it could be buggy and takes time to develop. The 3DS runs the DS natively so there's really no point in emulating the DS.

Any model of 3DS contains the DS ARM9 processor allowing you to play the DS games exactly like they would be played on a real DS. The exception would be the DS games which use the GBA slot ofcourse. If you really wish to play those games, you're safest bet is to buy an actual DS or DSLite.

As it has already been stated, the R4 flashcart can meet your demand if you wish to play roms.

Also I also want to type

I didn't have internet access until now. LOL. I know 3ds can play ds natively but wouldn't that require kernel access to load the ROM? So a DS emulator would be buggy?
Not at all. DS flashcarts spoof their header to look like an actual ds game. The 3ds doesn't know the difference. You need a flashcart. There's no way around it.

Jesus christ, people are too cheap now to even pirate games? Pick another hobby. Like collecting stones or something. That's free. There you go.

'Too cheap to PIRATE games'? That's the whole idea of pirating.... not spending money. LOL not that I can't buy one, just that I don't want to order online and there are no shops that sell r4 in where I live.
