ROM Hack 3ds/ds controller for wii/wii u/switch

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I was thinking since wii/wii u/switch all use bluetooth for controllers, would it be possible to use the bluetooth in the pokemon typing adventure game card and make a bluetooth controller for a ds or 3ds out of it. It may not work but I always wanted to play games other than smash 4 on my wii u with my 3ds. (I am also very dumb and lazy to see if this already exists)

I can't believe there is nothing here for 2 years.

But anyway, I not really a person that knows this stuff, but for what I know I think I can explain some stuff.

Wii's and DS's can connect with each other. And maybe you can connect a 3ds to a Wii U. But forget about the switch, because it has anything about it.

I know this because of in some DS and Wii games, you can connect and normally communicate. (What I meant was that you can connect Tomodochi collection with Mii channel and Warioware D.I.Y. with Warioware D.I.Y. Showcase, both of them are just to receive and send Mii's and microgames/comics/music.)
