Only information I could find was for PS2 version. Since the numbers changed, here are some of the best items in the game. This is easiest with a Gateway, using the hex editor. On USA 11.2, my "marker" is the line starting at 08536968. It looks like:

01 00 FF FF FF FF 02 00

The next line represents the first two items in my inventory when sorted alphabetically (read in-game from left->right, top->down

90 01 04 00 D7 00 07 00

The first two numbers are the item number, second two is the quantity, so this shows that I have 4 Abiding Blazers (Item 400) and 7 Agility Rings (Item 215) in my inventory. To give yourself items, just scroll down from there until you only see 00s and enter them :)

90 00 Metal King Armor (Item 144)
D6 00 Metal King Helm (Item 214)
B4 00 Metal King Shield (Item 180)
30 00 Metal King Spear (Item 48)
34 00 Metal Wing Boomerang (Item 52)
16 00 Dragovian King Sword (You get the idea...)
08 00 Über Falcon Blade
61 00 Odin's Bow
1C 00 Shamshir of Light
47 00 Flail of Destruction
50 00 Gringham Whip
45 00 Megaton Hammer
5C 00 Staff of Resurrection

I'm tired now. Maybe I'll add more if anybody cares. Not for a day or two though...

probably not many people cares since there's an all items code
I don't see anything for USA version on Fort42. Where are they? There are EUR codes, but the addresses are different (what is there for money isn't what I use, and mine works for me...)

  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
i dont have an sd card adapter but I have an usb sd card adapter

    For your R4
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
It's old but it's the best firmware out for DS stuff
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
it says it only works for the original R4, R4i Gold (r4ids.cn), R4iDSN (r4idsn.com) and Acekard R.P.G.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Slightly slower loading but a bit more convenient
