Hacking 3DS doesn't detect R4I Gold

Edit: Request for R4I SDHC Gold Pro 2018 Backup.bin?

I bought a r4 gold pro to hack my 3ds and it worked fine when I got it.
Then, successfully hacked mi 3ds. So I decided to leave the r4 on my shelf. Like 4 days later, I decided to download some games in it, but the 3ds didn't detect the r4.
I had also inserted the files from "yesmenu" right before I tried putting my r4 into the 3ds, so IDK if it's the that(I deleted them now)
I downloaded the kernel, formated my sd card, moved it to the sd card, and ejected.
Before hacking my 3ds, I had also downloaded the latest kernel for this r4 and it was working just fine.
My 3ds detects my Pokemon Sun game fine so I don't think it's that.

I already tried:
- the paper piece trick or something
-Trying to clean the r4 and 3ds slot
-Turning it on and off again
-Formating my sd card
-Inserting it with(clean and with the files)/without the sd card

sorry, I don't know more than a 5 year old

On step V on 3DS hacks guide, it tells you that you need a "flashrom backup", but I don't know how to get that.

Did you make a backup.bin with your r4's firmware before flashing it with the ntr flasher?

No, I don't think so. I followed a tutorial on youtube on how to install cfw and freeshop.

Aaaand there's your issue. Video guides are denounced by the 3DS hacking community due to them easily becoming outdated/obsolete.

I was wondering how did you manage to install the cfw, Ive got the exact same cartridge and on the ntrboot injection process did you manage to select the sdhc option or the r4 gold option im sure my problem with the next process booting boot9strap (you know power + start + select + x) is from this problem.
