Hacking 3DS code.bin Hacking

I'm here once again to look for someone who can take the text of the code.bin of Tongariboushi 3DS and edit it for me.
My issue being is theres various texts in the game that are housed in the code.bin and I can't just go and edit them willynilly.
I have a text file of all of the text that's in it and the missing translatable text for the game itself.

Thats the only text thats left inside the code.bin but for all i know there could be more hidden in there since its been quite the long time since i've come here and asked for helpt like this.
If anyone know how to replace this text and is willing to help me out i would appreciate it.

I'm extremely out of my element here, like a pedestrian next to a jet pilot, but have you tried the "Fan Translators Int." Discord server before? Individuals under their umbrella have localized at least one other Japanese exclusive 3DS game.
