3ds Camera crashes on app start

Hi, I have a problem here, whenever I launch 3ds camera the app just crashes on startup and I don't know why this is happening.

I have a new 3ds xl and I have the dump file attached.

I would appreciate it if anyone could help.

Does ot crash with fbi too, when you click on remote install>scan QR code?
It could be one of the cameras is faulty , or have a loose connection..

You're not having sd card problems with your system?

I'd suggest checking the sd card with h2testw for errors. You can never know..
Backup your data before doing the test.
Format it as FAT32 32kb cluster size before and after the test. And do the test with the write and read setting.
- If it passes the test, format it and put all your data back to it.
- If it doesn't then it's defective and you shouldn't use it.

You could also do a system update if system files (camera app) were somehow corrupted..
Update Luma3DS to the latest version before updating firmware.
