Homebrew 3DS Bricked through Forced NAND installation

What can I do? I have the backup of the NAND right before it had bricked.

EDIT: Forced NAND was installed via Decrypt9. The system was also A9LH'd.

How did you flash it?
Is it giving a bootrom error?
If so, your only chance is to contact a hardmodder https://gbatemp.net/threads/list-of-hardmod-installers-by-region.414224/

if you have a9hl already, use it to start hourglass9 (hold start when booting 3ds) and restore the nand backup i'd guess.
if you dont have a9hl, i guess hardmod?

What error is it giving?
Is it giving a blue screen with a BootROM error or it doesn't boot? (black screen)
