Homebrew 3DS black screen

My 3DS is homebrewed and has all the works (custom themes, games, in-game cheats etc) and for some reason I was playing Fire Emblem Echoes with cheats like normal and then I shut the DS off and then tried to boot it back up and it goes to a solid black screen. I know it's turning on because I have a custom screen when it turns on but, other than that, no sound or video
