Hacking 3DS black screen on start

Hello,
so I wanted to restore my O3DS11.3E with a older NAND backup from me, but somehow it stopped restoring and frooze. I held down the power button to power off the console.
Now whenever I start it with the power button it just gives me a black screen of death.
I also tried to boot with the start button to enter Decrypt9 but it didn't work and I think I just broke it..^^

Nothing very special, I'm afraid. I just got a hardmod and flashed the NAND with a backup I made a little while ago.^^
