Hacking 3ds Black Screen no recovery mode

Hi, today I'm going to turn on the nintendo 3ds and I find myself nintendo that when I turn it on it remains in the black screen, I make the combination to send it in recovery mode and it doesn't go into recovery mode, restore a backup from Godmode9 but it doesn't start, please can you tell me how to solve?

Solved by removing the battery and putting it back but there is a problem, all the games disappeared, as I restore them
