Don't think there is one, but there is an 1.0 cia pack (which can be installed even on 11.x if you have a CFW that removes the version check), AND from there a ctrtransfer image can be made

In any event, there's no practical reason to downgrade in terms of hax. Only curiosity would be a decent reason.

Because there's no substantive reason to downgrade to 1.0.0, a public CTRNAND transfer image for 1.0.0 has not been created. You can downgrade to 1.0.0 by installing the proper CIA files, and if you're so inclined, you can create your own CTRNAND transfer image. It is, however, a waste of time.

System titles are kind of a grey area in terms of piracy but this site errs on the safe side -- so it considers them warez.
So basically, you're on your own.

You could try using this application to download the proper files. You just need to input the desired software version. In your case, 1.0.0. Again, however, I highly advise against wasting your time with this endeavor.

The real problem is many of the 1.0.0 files were never on the CDN to begin with.

I implied in my message that they are private. People will not share them as they have zero value to normal people.
