Just google, 3ds cia downloads, and you'll probably find it.

Could you please give more hints? I can't find it anywhere. I googled it, and looked around for it in the iso site forums, but I don't have a clue on where to get the firmware.. Could you please give me a hint on how to browse to the specific page in the iso forum? (name of the forum, forum search keywords...)

Try typing MSET 4.X and 6.X backups on google, you'll find the page on the second link then scroll down to find some links to forums, click on the forum which says MSET 4.X and 6.X backups

I have an issue with 3dnus: I want to download fw 9.5.0-23 EUR, but application stops downloading at title 0004001000022000 v8202 and 3dnus freezes. Tried it with downloadingn just o3ds browser 4096. Freeze again. Repeated many times. At some point, 3dnus freezes while downloading and that's all.
Running on Windows 10 x64, tried both with and no admin privileges.

Similar issue here, with 9.2.0-20E. Stops at 0004013800000002 v17120. It doesn't look like it's frozen, but it doesn't seem to progress past that part. It just sticks at Downloading file1 on that title ID/version.

I was tired of retrying it, so i downloaded on site x a whole package of my desired 9.5 n3ds cia's and 9.2 o3ds browser- I know that's not right, because of copyright 3dnus was was created - but if it doesn't work i have no other choise...

By the way, I checked your version and I get the same freezing but on a different title ID & version ("Downloading 0004013800000002 v19216").
Mine seems to be related to the title ID 0004013800000002. According to mtheall, it corresponds to NATIVE_FIRM.
Tried 9.0.0-20 and same title ID freeze.

Recently, I've downgraded the browser with BrowserTimeWarp in order to use SpiderHax to no avail...and now I'd like to restore the browser version...what should I do? Is there a cia I can download in 3DNUS?

No, it doesn't do that. It's the update server and system title only. No games. Your local GameStop and Walmart have those.

This application allows users to download update files and system titles. That's it. No outside software is capable of downloading games from those servers. So, if this is your primary target, you need to seek elsewhere

3DNUS wasn't made to pirate games. It's made to download (primarily) firmware updates/title updates from Nintendo's server. Even if you can download games with it, you wouldn't be able to use them because you wouldn't have the proper ticket from the eShop. It's the same situation with NUSDownloader for Wii/nusgrabber for Wii U.
