If you make a NAND backup and install the .cia files with gateway or pasta then it would work.
I already have a sysNAND backup. so all id have to do is use BigBlueBox and install all the downloaded .cia files that are downloaded when running3dnus? i just want to be 100% sure. and thats if i really decide to do it that is

If you want to update to the lastest firmware, why not do it the regular way in emuNAND?

Well it's probably safe if you don't turn off the 3DS while it's installing. I've done that in emuNAND and it worked.

Our ISP is having trouble connecting to my 3DS so I usually use proxies to properly connect and use online features/system updates. As of now. I cant find a good proxy that is working for system updates so I am using this offline update toool.. Is this crashing/stuck in progress a common problem with 3DNUS?

Never encountered it. Try disabling firewall and antivirus.

If you're gonna keep using your emuNAND then i recommend doing that.
Is there any real reason to have emuNAND other than to be able to access eshop and online play? and ofcourse to have access to the latest features. because im already using freemultipatcher inorder to have access to online

emuNAND is also if you want to modify the system or other things, but if you don't want to use it then you don't have to. 9.2 update only have this.

I've used this program a few times before, but tonight I downloaded it again (deleted it for some reason), trying do download an older version of my browser, and it refuses to get past the "packing as .cia" step. It hangs there.

I'm trying to update my 9.0 emuNAND to 9.5.0-23U. Whenever I try the "Import All CIA" option in Title Manager the first CIA bombs saying it's an invalid CIA. Made sure I downloaded all files for N3DS, and re-downloaded/re-copied them over and same result. Am I missing something here?

Use Sysupdater on Emunand.

I updated from 9.5 to 9.8 i feel it less stable. OS takes more time to start after a turn on the console, and it just crashed when i was playing smash bros a moment ago
