is there any reason why the 3d effect on emunand is not working? i need to close/reopen the lid before it gets stable. I think I hacked a N3ds before and the 3d effect was stable on emunand (no need to reopen/close the lid)

It's such a minor bug that no one bothered to fix it. Not even the "almighty gateway". (And there's probably a handful of people that don't even turn the console off, but just leave it in sleep mode with a charger)
