Hacking Homebrew Misc 3d effect broken after installing homebrew

So Ive recently bought a new 3ds xl wich seemed brand new and everything was working fine. Then after i installed the cfw firmware the 3d effect has a ghosting/double image effect.
I considered it being physical, but its so odd that it happened immediatly after I installed the homebrew.
Please help, i can't find any information online and i really enjoy the 3d effect. everything else seems to be working fine

Well, you say you used mset9, but then you said you did a region change, so I'm wondering what else you might have done that you haven't mentioned..?

Was the 3D effect broken after you used mset9, or only after you did the ctrtransfer?
