why are so many people complaining about it ?? the 3D effect is really nice and it's free. If I had to pay for it wouldn't have done it but it's free and pretty fun to do when you're bored or have to wait for something ^^

did you know you can turn down the intensity of 3D without altering angle under options

I think they are about the same if it still was the points system.

Well i never had the DSi so this is the first time I've been able to access the store, i think the points did cover the real cost somewhat too >_<

Looking forward to the future drawing programs that will become available (i think Colors! will be available as they won't let you download the application on their site anymore..good signs i think!).

It's new levels, 3D update, AND a level editor? AND FREE? Why are you guys complaining?

This IS what Excitebike was. If you don't like it you obviously wouldn't appreciate the original either, so stop wasting your time saying it sucks because in turn you're saying so does the original and if that's the case you were doomed to hate it from the start.

imo it's great, it's even better than what i expected
i would complain if it would've cost as much as mario land for ex., but it's free, it's in 3d and it's good
anyone who says it sucks, says that the original sucks too
either way, they could've just say, here: poké dex 3d, enough free stuff, enjoy it
instead they gave free excite bike and for free on the first day

It's very meh.
It reminds of the GB version that I played (called Motocross Maniacs)

i remember motocross maniacs being a great game. also was one of the 1st games i tried on a gameboy emulator way back when nes and gb emulators were first starting out

It's faithful to a fault, I was never a fan of the original Excitebike.
The NES sprites at 1x resolution on the 3DS display is kind of a strain actually, it's even a little absurd how much more spacious they are.

Oh and about Motocross maniacs. I had that game on one of those 20in1 pirate games for the gameboy, and it was a lot more fun.
And it's actually by Ultra Games, which was actually just Konami's face for the US at large during that NES era.
