Hacking 3.68 DNS block

Hello everyone, just received a new Vita with 3.68 firmware, i have tried both available DNS settings, 212.47.229.76 and 23.96.6.207 , both do not work and still prompt me to update to 3.69. I have looked all over the internet and i see people having this issue but not posting their work around, any way of bypassing this prompt so i can finally install H encore? Thanks in advance!

When are you being prompted to update.
Did u have psn account made when first started the vita fresh?
And with QCMA in settings I can set it to latest firmware being the one ur vita is on. So if 3.68 set it to 3.68
That’s the best I can say. I didn’t have this issue myself as I was on 3.60 hen enso and uninstalled and updated to 3.65 and made psn account and h encore to Henkaku eso again. Of course 3.68 was out but I didn’t have issues with being forced to update.
