Hacking 3.63 softmod possible?

Hi guys, I have a phat Vita on 3.63 firmware, is there a way to softmod this version?
I'm asking because I can't find a proper tutorial or anything that can help.
From what I understand, the server for 3.65 update, is down.

If that DNS doesn't work then you might need to find an alternative DNS if there is one to update to 3.65 or a specific firmware.

Exactly, but right now I'm out of luck, I did'nt found out something like that

download 3.65 firmware via google search, xfer from PC to Vita via content manager and install

3.63 can run h-encore just fine if you use auto h-encore, but you can't get enso. FinalHE can't install h-encore on any firmware other than 3.65 and 3.68 because of pointless limitations, but auto h-encore doesn't care about your firmware. Use the Content Manager & Google method mentioned above if you want enso, as enso only supports 3.60 and 3.65.

Get a tuto to manualy install the firmware 3.65...and stay in it forever.

goto youtube, search for: SAFE UPDATE PS VITA TO 3.65! LOWER FIRMWARE'S, 3.61 & 3.63!

Download the 3.65 update file and use QCMA to install it that's what i did seeing as the servers seem to be down for the DNS updates.
