Hacking 3.52 Emulator Bubbles

I want to know if it is possible to make emulator bubbles on PS vita 3.52. I saw a video by the zett showing them. Can someone please show me how to get them, thanks.

There was a Vita Bubble Blower method, but that's only for <3.50 users.

For you, i'd suggest getting some PSP demos and following this tutorial:
