Hacking 3.2eb ios30 wad

I just got some wad files send to me by a friend, in it are the following files:

-32.eb ios30-64-v1040.wad
-32.eb systemmenu-v290

How can i confirm that the files are no fake???

I dont have internet on my wii to upgrade to 3.2e, otherwise i would have done soo.

use a game with the 3.2 update :/ this could brick you wii if you dont do it correctly

I dont have one the nearest i getting is 3.1e from the game big beach sports...
