I have a PS VITA that I got for super cheap on craigslist for $35 bucks. Everything works fine, but sadly the d-pad is messed up. Fortunately I think it's an easy fix though. Anyways, I have a PSTV that's on 3.52 and the vita that I recently got is on 3.00. what firmware should I update my ps vita onto? also I heard that if the if I add custom bubbles and update my pstv to the latest firmware that it will still have those custom bubbles?
