Hacking 2nd hand console latest firmware hackable ?

I'm gonna buy a Wii U console + games + pro controler for 90 euros (2nd hand of course) but before buying, I'd like to know if even on the latest firmware, the console is still hackable ?
btw, does it Worth 90 euros ?
