I got stuck on section 2 on this tutorial: https://3ds.guide/installing-arm9loaderhax

I need to open following site: http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin

but only thing which I'm getting is screen which got stuck on ''loading'' and nothing happens.

1. Reinsert your SD card into your 3DS
2. Do the steps for installing arm9loaderhax on your device:
   • You should be on 2.1.0
   • Go to http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin on your 3DS
   • If you get an error, follow this troubleshooting guide
   • If you get a glitched screen, follow this troubleshooting guide
   • Press (Select) to Full Install
   • The installer will now install arm9loaderhax on your device (this is very fast)
   • Shut down your console, hold the power button until it turns off if necessary
   • Copy your console specific OTP.bin from the /a9lh/ folder on your SD card to a safe location on your computer and back it up to multiple locations (such as online file storage), then reinsert your SD card into your 3DS

are you opening iton your pc or your 3ds?

in system settings does it actually say 2.1 and does you home menu look fairly outdated, missing popout menu in top left of screen and stuff

When you say it's stuck loading, what does it actually look like?

Can you run other webpages? Maybe your wifi is disabled.

My wifi is enabled. I open browser and enter the following site, on one moment it flashes black just like it's going to start HB, but it doesn't. It comes back to the white site saying loading arm11 or something like that. And from there I can't do anything except hard reset.

Do you have arm11.bin on your sd card root?

Did you torrent the files that you're supposed to torrent? Like the data_input .zip?

You need to wait,do you have every file you should have? Check it again

Sorry for late replay. Here is the SS. Should I rename arm9.bin to arm11?

Btw. I used only stuff from guide, nothing outside of it.

Solved.

1. Copy the contents of the SafeA9LHInstaller .7z to the root of your SD card

I don't know why in the world i didn't copied whole content from that zip file... only a9lh files.
