Hardware 2DS / 2DS XL with DSTT from DS Lite

Hello, the 2DS and the 2DS XL are able to play games from all the other DS right? (3DS, 3DS XL, DS Lite...)

I already have a DS Lite with a DSTT. Is the DSTT compatible with the 2DS and 2DS XL? If yes, can it play both DS Lite AND 3DS games?

That's all i want to know.

Yes if you're launching it through NTR Launcher (a DSiware homebrew); obviously you need to mod your consoles first

If yes, can it play both DS Lite AND 3DS games?

No way, the communication protocol of DS and 3DS games is completely different
But since you will need CFW to use a TTDS, you will be able to install any 3DS game to the console's SD without any flashcard required (or you could buy an R4i Gold r4ids.cn and a way overpriced Sky3DS if you really didn't want to mod your console)
