Sweden. They have the 5th highest quality of life according to the EIU, some of the best medical care in the world (and government-funded), the best broadband deployment outside of Asia, English is widespread, and a climate I can definitely thrive in. Last week took apart a Satellite Pro 430CDT which was having display issues to find that the cable to the video inverter board was loose ("fix" consisting of plugging it back in).
