Yeah, I'm missing a DLC though. I feel like playing it through properly now that you've mentioned it though, since every other time I played it I used an incredibly broken gimmick character and got sick of how easy it made the game.

Canada has worse tax practices from what I hear, not to mention slightly broken immigration laws which can cause horrible loopholes for people. Oh, and that whole "Parental Upkeep" thing too where by law children have to pay their parents money when they get too old to support themselves, even if they're already raking in benefits and living in a cushy home.
