Try opening an app that uses core1, pressing power, then pressing home and booting menuhax. (I forget which apps use core1, but I think 3DS Music is one)

Heh, finally, thanks dude!
It rebooted, but didint boot up, I heard thats normal because of menuhax files are still present.
So I removed the SD and it booted up!

It seemed like a brand new formated console, but when I noticed, all my DSi games appeared as gifts. I guess I can redownload everything legit I have!.

Put your Sd Card in when you booted your system without a card, and change the theme to simple white or something. You don't have to download everyone again if you do that.
