Well I don't mean to be rude but what you are proposing here isn't really possible, simply because, as I'm sure you know, the WII U is made to only execute signed code, which guarantees that the file is, in fact, both untouched and approved by Nintendo. Of course, this system is not flawless, otherwise there would not be any exploit at all but still, I do believe that you don't realize how hard it can be to bypass these security measures. Not only have you got to be good at programming, you should also have a deep understanding of the inner workings of the actual system too.
