Hacking 11.0 Soft Downgrade Question

Hi everyone, I'm confused. Do I download the DSI ware game on the my 9.2 O3DS sysNAND or emuNAND? Then am I doing a system transfer while in emuNAND or on the sysNAND of the device that has emuNAND? If I want to transfer to a STOCK 11.0 N3DS.

System transfers require the same versions so neither 9.2.0 sysNAND nor emuNAND will work. 11.0.33 a9lh NAND or 11.0.33 emuNAND is required. a9lh nand being preferrable.
